It is expressly understood that in consideration of this agreement that "sales agent" shall be and will make every diligent effort to properly advertise all of the property listed through the use of one or more types of media, and direct mail advertising, through the widest range and area as possible.It is also agreed that prior to the auction sale date “seller” will properly clean and display at the auction location all the property listed herein as being for sale by "seller”, and that the cost of said cleaning and display will be the responsibility of the "seller ". “Seller” is also responsible to carry insurance all auction items until they are sold."Sales agent" will determine how all items are sorted and lotted, not "seller".

After submitting, you will receive an email with a PDF attached. Please print the form and bring it with you to Rod Fivecoat Auctions to be completed with a sales agent. If you are unable to print, tell your sales agent, so they can locate the form on our end.
